Pricing questions
What does one image cost?
Images are priced in credits by resolution, and a credit is ₹10. The rates are 1K ₹10, 2K ₹15, 4K ₹20 and 8K ₹25. GST is added on top.
Is GST included in these prices?
No. Prices are pre-tax and 18% GST is added at checkout, shown before you pay. A ₹100 pack charges ₹118 all-in, and you get a GST invoice for every purchase.
How do the images reach me after I pay?
You buy credits and spend them per image, and everything is delivered inside your account. Nothing is couriered and there are no delivery charges: images typically finish in minutes, videos take longer, and each one is available as soon as processing ends. The shipping and delivery policy has the full wording.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited, so buy the pack that matches your catalogue cycle rather than the biggest one.
What is the minimum to start?
The smallest pack is ₹100 for 10 credits, which is enough to photograph 10 designs at 1K and see the quality on your own garments before spending more. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Are prices changing?
Current prices took effect on 1 September 2026. There is no further change announced.
What about refunds?
All sales are final, on the website and in the app. Credits are charged only when an image is produced, so a failed generation costs nothing. The refund and cancellation policy page has the full wording. If something has gone wrong with an order, write to us from the contact page and we will sort it out.
