By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using SareeViz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
SareeViz is a digital AI model generation service (established 2025). Outputs are delivered instantly within the app; no physical goods are shipped.
You must provide accurate information, secure your credentials, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Payments and credit purchases are processed via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
SareeViz is operated by Rushabh Sanjay Agarwal, a proprietorship registered under GSTIN 24BRGPA2507N1Z0 in Gujarat. GST at 18% applies to all credit purchases, and a tax invoice is issued for every purchase. If you supply a valid GSTIN at checkout, the invoice is raised in your registered business name so you may claim input tax credit, and the place of supply is your registered state. Without a GSTIN the invoice is raised to you as an unregistered recipient, and the place of supply is the supplier's location. Invoices can be downloaded at any time from your account.
All sales are final for digital outputs. Once credits are consumed or outputs are generated, refunds or cancellations are not provided. Billing errors will be reviewed; approved adjustments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Effective 24 June 2026, all purchased credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and are not refundable, transferable, or reinstatable.
Special User benefits (including unlimited generation and pay-on-download pricing) are granted solely at SareeViz's discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these privileges at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
In any dispute relating to usage, credit expiry, credits, or the service, SareeViz's decision shall be final and binding.
You may not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; attempt to reverse engineer the service; or misuse outputs in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
All software, branding, and platform materials remain the property of SareeViz. You retain rights to your uploads; you receive a license to use generated outputs for your business, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party outages (e.g., cloud, payment gateways) may affect uptime.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SareeViz disclaims all liability and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages or losses of any kind arising from or related to the service, its outputs, downtime, data loss, credits, or your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update, modify, or replace these terms at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice or individual notification. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
