By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using SareeViz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
SareeViz is a digital AI model generation service (established 2025). Outputs are delivered instantly within the app; no physical goods are shipped.
You must provide accurate information, secure your credentials, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Payments and wallet top-ups are processed via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply per law.
All sales are final for digital outputs. Once credits are consumed or outputs are generated, refunds or cancellations are not provided. Billing errors will be reviewed; approved adjustments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
You may not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; attempt to reverse engineer the service; or misuse outputs in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
All software, branding, and platform materials remain the property of SareeViz. You retain rights to your uploads; you receive a license to use generated outputs for your business, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party outages (e.g., cloud, payment gateways) may affect uptime.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
