Pose or crop not followed

You asked for a pose or close-up and got something else.

Check these, in order

Pose images override pose prompts. If you uploaded pose photos, the ticked prompts are ignored — that’s by design.
The pose photo sets the crop too. A full-length pose photo gives a full-length output; for a close-up, use a close-up pose photo.
For close-ups, use your original flat design photo in the design slot — an earlier AI photo as the design input makes crops unreliable.
Custom instructions can override poses. If your style instruction says “full body” and the pose is seated, the instruction usually wins — remove the conflict.
